...COPACABANA

I know, I know, I know... "At the Copa - Copa-cabana - the hottest spot north of Havana." No. This isn't the Copacabana bar of Barry Manilow fame - it is a small town on the southeast shore of Lake Titicaca.

I've been to Copacabana several times. Even in winter, the weather is pretty warm at the lake... It snowed the morning we left La Paz bound for Coacabana, but the snow melted long before we arrived.

Copacabana is your typical Bolivian town for the most part. There's a plaza in the center of town..
